Today, I had the opportunity to pay a courtesy call on the Hon’ble Finance Minister of Gujarat, Shri Kanubhai Desai in connection with the ongoing efforts of Samasta Mahajan in the field of Gau Seva and Panjrapole. During this visit, we expressed our heartfelt gratitude to him for the extension of the ‘Mukhyamantri Gaumata Poshan Yojana’ and the continuous support received.

The Hon’ble Minister once again expressed his sensitivity towards the Gausewa sector and listened carefully to our views on further strengthening Gaushalas and Cages. This visit was not only enough to express gratitude, but also proved to be an important link for Gauseva to move towards a more empowered and stable policy in the future.

Darshitaben, Hon’ble MLA of Rajkot, who has continuously given inspiring support for Gausewa and village development, also joined the occasion. His presence made this visit all the more important.

Gau Seva is not just a service – it is a reflection of our sanskars, sensibilities and culture. The dream of cow protection, natural farming and village development can be realized only when the government and society work together.

This visit is another step in that direction.
