I express my heartfelt gratitude for this warm invitation extended by the office bearers of United Nepali Organization, Mumbai.
On this auspicious occasion, I extend my warm New Year greetings to all the brothers and sisters present here in their own language.
“Happy New Year’s Eve everyone! ”
Nepal is not just a nation, but a wonderful confluence of faith, culture and spirituality. It has been the only Hindu nation in the world, which is keeping its traditions and values alive with pride even today.
The holy land of Lord Pashupatinath – where ‘Pashupati’ i.e. the Lord of all beings is seated himself – It teaches us that God is present in every being. So don’t kill any animal.
This is the same holy land which is the birthplace of Gautama Buddha,
It is the birthplace of Lord Mallinath.
It is also revered as the birthplace of Mother Sita.
Saluting such a great cultural and spiritual heritage, I wish this New Year that we all follow the path of compassion, non-violence, humanity and build a better and balanced society.
I heartily congratulate the entire team of United Nepali Organization, Mumbai for this beautiful and grand event.
May the New Year bring happiness, prosperity and peace in everyone’s life – with this auspicious…
Thank you 🙏
Girish Shah, Member, Managing Trustee, Animal Welfare Board of India
